Choose the Right Agent

Established in 2004, Pinewood has become one of the leading ‘go to’ property experts when looking to buy or rent a new home.

We have found that renting a property can be beneficial for many reasons: Lower bill costs, lower maintenance cost as your landlord will cover this, flexibility to move with jobs and family quickly with not being tied down to a mortgage.

Set Your Criteria

Set Your Criteria

…Firstly, you need to find your perfect property by grouping together selected criteria of your needs and wants; these will be important for your search, things you might consider:

  • Need parking?
  • Fully furnished/ unfurnished property?
  • How many bedrooms?
  • Do you need public transport?
  • Location, close to schools / town / local amenities?
  • Rental amount / maximum budget (we will search up to this amount)

All of our current properties are listed 24/7, 365 days per year.

We use the most popular websites Rightmove and Zoopla to list all that we have available.

If you are searching via mobile or website, then there is a good chance you could miss out.

We have developed ‘My Pinewood’ this will allow you to register your property requirements including number of bedrooms, desired area, price etc. As a property is listed for rent, it will be sent to you first.

Most people now register their interest to avoid disappointment.

Don't Let it Get Away!

Once you have viewed your ideal home, the next step is to give us a call and secure it.

You will be required to produce at least two forms of identification for your application. Please refer to the How To Rent Guide to help if you haven’t got certain ID.
When all of the checks are completed, we will contact you to discuss your preferred move in date and arrange for the rent and security bond to be paid; this would need to be cleared funds within three days of your move in date.

When you check-in please allow yourself a minimum of one hour to go through all of the paperwork and a walk through of the property. One of our staff will meet you there and go through it with you. The contracts will be signed along with a digital inventory if the Landlord has requested one and the keys will be handed over.
