Pinewood Properties are a multi award winning Estate Agency based in the Midlands with showrooms currently in Chesterfield and Mansfield. We are an established business that recognized a gap in the market for residential lettings back in 2004 and then again with sales in 2008 by challenging the status quo with our non-commission sales product. We are passionate about property in our local area and aim to be your agent of choice. Quite simply, we love to rent out and sell properties using the latest technology with a fresh approach.

As ARLA registered Letting Agents all our staff have undergone ARLA training and the majority live locally, which means they also can offer a more detailed description of the neighbourhood and their surroundings, which is imperative in this industry as you deal with people who are unfamiliar with the area.

Pinewood are also members of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme for Lettings (OEA), giving you the customer peace of mind that your property will be dealt with in a professional and caring manner.

Stacey Davies-Bowler

Managing Director
Stacey founded the company in February 2004 and now oversees the day to day running of the business along with future planning and valuations

Richard Taylor MARLA

Having a genuine passion for property and a love of marketing, Richard brought a wealth of experience when he joined the Pinewood team as an accomplished landlord and investor back in 2006. Outside work Richard is married with two children, he enjoys most sports, travelling and glamping.

Hayley Coope

Office Manager / Sales Manager
Hayley joined Pinewood early in 2011 from a corporate over in Sheffield as a lettings administrator; she quickly established herself and was the front office manager with 12 months. Hayley also manages our Pinewood Sales Department along with Tom. With her years of experience in Sales and Lettings and her professional attitude she is a well respected member of our team. Hayley takes care of everything from negotiating the offers through to completion.

Shane Morgan

Land & New Homes Consultant
Shane has been with Pinewood since 2010, starting out with viewings and has worked his way through the office to where he is now, undertaking the role of a Land and New Homes Consultant dealing with day to day running of the land department. Within that role Shane has to identify potential building land and assist the landowner with planning with a view of eventually selling the site to a builder.

Julie Davies-Bowler

Marketing Manager
Julie has run her own successful business since leaving school up until a couple of years ago. When Pinewood started she was on hand to help out part time and became a landlord herself alongside Stacey around 15 years ago. She now owns a portfolio of properties and has done renovation projects. Julie and Stacey have recently built their own house. She joined Pinewood full time when she sold the business and now is responsible for all the marketing within the branch.

Tracey Taylor

Lettings Negotiator
Tracey is currently responsible for the everyday duties at the Mansfield Branch from the booking the property viewings through to the check ins and training of the newest members of the team. She is a well liked and respected member of our team that always makes us smile and laugh.

Ellie Jennings

Lettings Negotiator
Ellie is an enthusiastic and energetic member of the team that has several years background in the residential letting industry. Ellie will be working all aspects of lettings including application handling, sign-ups, check ins and final check outs.

Tom Alberts

Sales Negotiator
Tom joined us April 2018 and has surpassed all we have expected of him, he has quickly established himself as a highly regarded manner of our sales team and works very hard and efficiently with his calm manner. Along with Hayley he will take care of all the sales progression through to completion.

Joanne Storer

Part Time Customer Service and Lettings Negotiator
Joanne is our part time lettings negotiator and is responsible for looking after the front of house, re sign department and lettings progression, she bubbly and confident and has quickly become a vital member of our team.

Georgia Roe

Customer Service and Lettings Negotiator
Georgia has joined our lettings team with over 6 years of experience and has quickly settled in to become a valued member, she is very friendly, approachable and cheerful and makes everyone she meets laugh and smile. She undertakes the viewings, gathers feedback, handles the tenant applications and check ins, she assists the tenants in finding the right home and keeping the process as stress-free as possible.

Tayla Mansell

Tayla is our apprentice and since she has arrived we cannot believe how much she has learnt, Tayla can turn her hand to most things and her calm and thoughtful manner means she excels in all the jobs she is given, she is quick to learn and is conscientious in her work, she has quickly become a crucial part of the Pinewood team.

Chelsea Hague

Accounts Manager
Chelsea is a vital member of our team and runs our busy accounts department with ease, she is a very helpful and friendly member of our Pinewood Family.


Sales Negotiator
Abbie has recently joined the Pinewood team as a sales negotiator and is already striving to excel in her role. She has a wealth of knowledge in customer service and this shines through. She has slid straight into the role and the team. She is establishing herself as a highly regarded member of the sales team and works very hard and efficiently with her bubbly and friendly nature.


Sales and Lettings
Harry has over 2 years in Lettings and Estate Agency experience, he has fit right into our team. Harry is friendly, enthusiastic and eager to get the job done. Harry deals with Lettings and Sales so you know that no matter what you’re looking for, we guarantee Harry will get it sorted.


Maintenance Manager
Laura has joined the team with over 13 years' experience in the property industry covering everything from lettings through to accounts and new build developments. She now leads the maintenance department dealing with all aspects of property management, ensuring that your property complies with all the current legal requirements. She is a bubbly, friendly vital part of our team.
