Guaranteed Rental

Pinewood Properties are now pleased to announce that we can offer all of our clients the opportunity to sign up to our ‘Guaranteed Rent’ service. The Guaranteed Rent service takes all the worry out of letting and it should not be confused with rent guarantee insurance, Pinewood rent the property from you.

A regular fixed income

If the property is vacant or the tenant fails to pay the rent, you still get paid. You will know exactly what will arrive in your bank account each month for the duration of the contract (minimum twelve months).

We deal with the tenants

We effectively become your tenant, we cover the cost of internal damages up to 1 month’s rent, so if things do get damaged we take the financial hit.

No empty (void) periods

We will pay even when the property is empty so there are no void periods, this will really help secure your income.
